RideVote is an independent community platform operating at ridevote.com. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.

2. Accounts

You need an account with a verified email address to submit a vehicle, link a wallet or vote. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Accounts are for adults.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant RideVote a non-exclusive licence to display your submitted materials on the platform and its official channels. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

4. Acceptable use

No manipulation of votes or rankings, no false ownership claims, no illegal or offensive content, no automated abuse of the platform.

5. Token features

Token features are optional. They are disabled until legal and security review is complete. RideVote never holds your tokens, never creates a custodial balance for you and never asks for your seed phrase or private key.

6. No guarantees

RideVote does not guarantee profits, rewards, availability, or token price growth. Rankings and rewards may be corrected where abuse is detected.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or remove accounts, listings or votes that break these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RideVote is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by blockchain networks, wallets or third-party services.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the official channels.
