Content Submission Rules
What you may submit, what you must confirm and what gets rejected.

You must confirm
- You own or control the vehicle you submit.
- You have permission to use every photograph you upload.
- You are not using third-party manufacturer logos as RideVote branding.
- The information you submitted is accurate.
- RideVote may display the submitted materials on the platform and its official channels.
Photographs
- Up to six public photos plus one private verification photo.
- JPG, PNG or WebP only, within the published size limit.
- The private verification photo is never published and is used only to confirm you control the vehicle.
- No stock photography, press photos, or images taken from other people without permission.
Grounds for rejection or disqualification
- Submitting a vehicle you do not own or control.
- Using photographs without rights.
- Duplicate submissions of the same vehicle.
- Offensive, illegal or unsafe content.
- Attempting to manipulate votes or the ranking.
- Presenting manufacturer trademarks as RideVote branding.
